Dr. med. Schrammek Impurity Control Ampoules are a single-dose regulating treatment from Dr. med. Schrammek, the German dermatologist-founded skincare brand. Each glass ampoule holds a concentrated dose of actives for oily, blemish-prone skin.
These actives are formulated to help reduce the look of blemishes, enlarged pores, cornification and visible redness. The formula also works to limit sebum production and reduce the look of oily shine, without drying the skin out.

Key ingredients
Acnacidol™ is Dr. Schrammek’s sebum-regulating complex. The formula includes it for its ability to help balance oil production.
Niacinamide (vitamin B3) is also included for its brightening effect and its ability to help calm the visible look of irritation. In addition, salicylic acid, a beta-hydroxy acid, works to gently exfoliate inside the pore and helps calm the look of irritation.
Imindinyl® is formulated to strengthen the skin’s own defenses and add moisture. It also helps to prevent the discoloration marks that can follow a breakout. Finally, Hamamelis (witch hazel) rounds out the formula with its astringent, pore-tightening feel.
How to use Dr. Schrammek Impurity Control Ampoules
- Cleanse the skin as usual.
- Then turn the stopper of the ampoule’s twist-off applicator and apply directly to the face, neck and cleavage.
- Gently pat the concentrate into the skin to help absorption.
- For targeted use, apply several times a day directly onto existing blemishes.
- You can also use the ampoule to activate a Dr. Schrammek Balance+ mask.
